We are a real estate design studio, based in Kaunas, Lithuania, a vivid and youthful team dedicated to making the best architecture works.

Before we get down to any project we need to know what our client’s needs are.You write us or book a call with us to discuss your project.

Collecting Media

We collect usual inputs like AutoCad files, Revit, Archicad files, or sometmes just PDFs. Also we gather as many pictures as possible for the project.

Your opinion

Every house has it’s own character, our job is to make it fit to you like a glove,
We send you our progress and discuss possible changes.

Last-touch

We send you final version of the project before we make the final save. After it, we kiss-goodbye our project and wish him the best owner.

We stand behind our products. If you don’t love it and can’t sleep at night without that one shift, we can do FREE changes after 7 days of receiving the product.
